How do I get in touch with your sales team to start a wholesale partnership?

Do you require business verification or licenses before accepting wholesale clients?
Yes we we require all Wholesale licensing and documentation to add to your file before we accept wholesalers as clients
Can I mix different brands (Bare Cones, Gorilla, Rappafire, etc.) in the same order?
Yes you can buy as many Master cases as you wish of each brand and you can mix and match in your order as well
Are all your brands available for wholesale across the U.S.?
Yes we are available all across the U.S. and internationally
Are payment terms negotiable for large volume buyers?
Yes we can negotiate up to 30 day terms after the first couple orders
Can I request product images or descriptions to use on my website or store?
Yes you can request marketing materials for your store we are happy to help you push product
Do you provide estimated delivery dates once an order is placed?
Yes estimated delivery dates are given at the time of order confirmation
Who do I contact if I receive damaged or incorrect products?
If there is a problem with your order please contact your sales representative and also include pictures and information of the situation. They will be the ones to handle any issues with product, shipment or service
How can I stay informed about restocks, new product launches, or wholesale specials?
Once we have your contract info and build your wholesaler profile you will receive monthly emails about products, deals and specials
What steps should I follow to place a wholesale order with D-Train?
Once you submit the Contact us form we will walk you through the process
Is there a required minimum order value for wholesale purchases?
There is a minimum of $5000 dollars per order
Are your wholesale prices listed publicly or only shared upon inquiry?
All Our pricing is shared upon inquiry
Where and when can I get my order confirmation?
Please contract your Sales rep for Confirmation of sales order
Can I request updated product catalogs or spec sheets?
Yes you can please let the sales rep know you would like to have those things sent to your email
What payment methods do you accept for wholesale transactions?
We Accept zelle, Wire, ACH and Cash
How long does it typically take to fulfill and ship a wholesale order?
Orders are shipped with in 48 hours of order
Do you accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases?
No we do not accept of product is damaged or you received the wrong order
